"Delighted with the results of having my carpets and bed cleaned by JEM. I can't believe how great my carpets now look and glad I decided to have them cleaned rather than replacing them too early. With having two young boys in the house there was a few stains I just couldn't get out of our living room carpet but JEM has made them vanish. Also I love going to bed knowing that my mattress has had such a professional deep clean. Very impressed with JEM's service, their prices and the technician was very friendly. "JEM to the rescue!! I have only had my new sofa for 5 weeks and I spilt red wine on it. I tried a small fortunes worth of cleaning products on it but none worked very well and I was sure it would have to be recovered or replaced but a friend suggested JEM and wow they have done a amazing job at removing the stain and saving my sofa and bank balance!"

"My daughter recommended JEM to me so thought I would give them a try. They cleaned my living room and bedroom carpet as well as my bed and they have done a excellent job. I have just moved into a rented property for 6 months and not wanting to pay for new carpets for a rented place I decided to have them cleaned instead and asked them to do my bed when they were here too. Even on some very old pieces of carpet they have done wonders I really didn't expect them to look as good as what they now do. My bed feels so much cleaner and fresher too. Very pleased with JEM and will be using them again in the future.
